Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

supporting AIMS®:

  • Supports the customer at the production by solving 1st level application topics
  • Prepares clear, fact-based and technically structured issue descriptions for second-level HQ support,
    enabling effective root cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Generally, supports HQ at customer communication
  • Performing/supporting final Acceptance Test Protocol of new delivered AIMS® systems
  • Trains customer how to use AIMS® system
  • Defines and documents AIMS®-related application use cases
  • Elaborates solution concepts together with HQ Application
  • ​Tracks customer action items and open issues to support timely closure
  • Demonstrates and roll out of released software incl. new functionalities for the customer
  • Prepares and delivers detailed application-focused technical presentations to support sales activities
