**About the Role**
Siemens is looking for an experienced **Engagement Manager** to lead and grow our Mendix & RapidMiner delivery practice in the UK. This is a client-facing team lead role at the intersection of **people leadership, commercial ownership, and professional services delivery** ** ** – designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment and knows how to build lasting client relationships while driving a high-performing team.
You will be part of the EMEA Delivery organisation, reporting into the MXRM Delivery leadership, and working closely with Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and other functional leads across the region.
