We would like to present you with an opportunity for an Engagement Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Crick on a full time permanentbasis.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

As an Engagement Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership Team regarding engagement and retention for both new and existing colleagues.

You will be involved from the colleague’s initial on-boarding, ensuring the colleague receives an exceptional first impression and continued all round great experience.

Key Duties of an Engagement Co-ordinator:

  • Owning colleague engagement at all stages of the colleague life cycle for Warehouse, Transport and Stock and Administration, Planning, Customer/Client Support.
