Become a Community Connector with Crohn’s and Colitis Canada and strengthen community ties. Your outreach efforts will support those impacted by these challenging diseases.
As a volunteer, you will have the responsibility to promote awareness and education about Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis in your area. This role allows for both in-person and virtual interactions, where you will cultivate relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and local businesses. Your commitment will help increase community engagement and foster active participation in fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in local events and health fairs
• Identify and nurture relationships with community partners
