As our **Endoscopy Charge Nurse** at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, you will provide critical oversight of nursing activities during a specific shift, serving as a vital resource to staff and ensuring optimal patient flow. This leadership role is central to assuring appropriate resource utilization and ensuring quality care in a patient-satisfying manner.
Every day you will coordinate patient flow within the unit to facilitate timely and effective care, utilizing the Clinical Response Team (CRT) as appropriate. You will demonstrate exceptional prioritization and critical thinking in acute situations, accurately assessing patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, and learning needs.
