End User Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced EUI Administrator (L2) to support and manage end-user infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This role is a mix of hands-on engineering, L2 support, and security-focused administratio n, working across platforms like O365, Citrix, SCCM, and Intune. You’ll partner closely with IT and security teams to keep systems stable, secure, and high-performing Tech Stack Primary: O365 / Exchange Online Citrix (XenApp / XenDesktop) SCCM (Application Packaging) Intune Secondary: Proofpoint MDM IronPort FireEye What you’ll be doing ☁️ O365 / Exchange & Email Security Manage and administer O365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, etc.) Handle user accounts, permissions, and access control Implement and maintain security policies (anti-spam, anti-malware, phishing,DLP) Troubleshoot mailbox, delivery, and email-related issues Work with Proofpoint solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, etc.) Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements Collaborate with sec...
