Job Description
Drive technology efficiency as an End User Device Support Analyst for the City of Hamilton. Support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while promoting a secure, productive tech environment.
In this role, you'll report to the Supervisor, Service Desk, and manage user device processes for the city's standard devices. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, developing Windows OS images, and troubleshooting software issues. Your focus will be on delivering proactive service and maintaining a seamless technology experience for city employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-user devices and applications for staff
• Develop custom Windows OS images and driver packages
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Monitor device health and enforce security policies
• Manage device onboarding and inventory accurately
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
