Job Description
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial capabilities, along with a strong focus on driving improvements through automation.
- Seasoned hands on EUS lead who has experience of managing teams. His team management experience should be seen at least in last 2-3 jobs he has done.
- the Lead needs to bring protectiveness, innovation to deliver seamless improvement in employee experience
- should have all round experience of managing windows, mac laptops and AV tech
- should have worked with VIP and executive support enablement and have strong communication skills
- Mandatory - should be based in New York and should be fine to travel to other client offices to manage teams
- mandatory - should have experience running EUS as a service
