Join Encore as an Event Technology Lead, responsible for top-notch audiovisual setups and exceptional service delivery. This role emphasizes customer interactions within various hospitality settings.
As the Technical Lead, you will manage the setup and operation of audiovisual systems critical to the success of events. With your 2-3 years of hands-on audio-visual experience, you will troubleshoot problems and ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will also coach fellow technicians to uphold Encore’s promise of outstanding customer service in both hotel and warehouse environments.
