Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the companyโs database or systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
- Generate and maintain reports, records, and files as required.
- Assist in identifying and correcting errors in data entries.
- Communicate with relevant departments to gather missing or additional information.
- Perform regular backups and ensure the integrity of data systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a data encoder, data entry clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in typing with excellent speed and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
