Job Description
CrowdStrike EDR Operations
- Monitor and analyze endpoint security alerts using CrowdStrike Falcon
- Perform threat hunting, incident detection, and response (EDR use cases)
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation
- Configure and manage prevention policies, IOC detections, and real-time response actions
- Fine-tune detection rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy
- Lead incident triage, containment, eradication, and recovery activities
- Conduct threat intelligence analysis and apply IOCs/TTPs mapping (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Perform endpoint forensic analysis and support security investigations
- Collaborate with SOC teams for escalations and reporting
