Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will work on a variety of employment-related legal matters, providing representation and counsel to employers. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations. Handle cases including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and non‐compete issues. Advise employers on labor and employment laws and regulations. Requirements JD from an ABA‐accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 3+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background.
