Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an Employment Coordinator for Sipoo municipality's Employment Services. The role starts on October 1, 2026, or according to agreement.
Responsibilities
- Promote the employment of job seekers in collaboration with Sipoo municipality's job coaches.
- Network and cooperate with companies on employment issues.
- Develop service packages with clients and job coaches to support employment, utilizing services from various network actors.
- Work closely with the vitality manager and coordinators of the results unit to coordinate and plan the activities of the vitality services.
- Lead the employment team, which includes two job coaches.
- Support job seekers and employers in employment matters.
- Prepare employment‑related decisions.
- Promote and plan municipal employment initiatives.
- Coordinate summer job vouchers and summer jobs (TYM work).
