The Employment Advisor is responsible for delivering the Job Connect Program in the College catchment area, with special attention to the new apprenticeship initiatives. The EA provides individual assessments and on-going support and career guidance to clients, seeks and develops job and placement opportunities for individual clients with employers, and matches clients’ employment and training needs with those of participating employers.
