Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Employer Experience as an Analyst, you will be part of the Employer Services team, responsible for building strong relationships with employer administrators to guide them through OMERS administration.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employer inquiries, providing clear, accurate information to enable timely completion of administrative duties.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment and tact when addressing employer concerns, investigating issues thoroughly and ensuring appropriate resolutions.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with employers through personalized, meaningful interactions.
- Serve as an ambassador of OMERS, maintaining a professional rapport with all stakeholders.
- Acquire a solid understanding of related department functions and stay current on regulatory/policy changes, new initiatives, products, and industry trends.
