Responsibilities

SUMMARY/PURPOSE: This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth connections of employers into the EmployNext Service Provider ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around connecting with local employers and collaborating with the Service Provider network to improve jobseeker employment outcomes. This role will focus on developing strong employer connections, educating employers about and registering them with EmployNext, and seamlessly transferring relationships to the network.

• Develop partnerships with local businesses to support job seekers and act as the primary point of contact for EmployNext employer needs.
• Help employers understand the benefits of using the employer platform and encourage them to use it for recruitment.
• Lead employers through the EmployNext employer registration process.
