**Employee Relations Partner – EMEA**
**Summary**
The Employee Relations Partner – EMEA is a key contributor to the Employee Relations Center of Expertise (COE) team and the Human Resources function, supporting the company's mission and values. The Employee Relations Partner – EMEA is responsible for leading work environment investigations such as appropriate workplace conduct or relevant allegations, resolving Employee Relations issues, and providing guidance and coaching to HR teams and business leaders, in turn enabling people leader capability relative to various HR policies and practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and conduct end-to-end work environment investigations from intake to resolution, including case interviews, documentation review, fact-finding, analysis, and outcome resolution, for a region and group of Fortive Operating Companies, in a timely, thorough, and objective manner.
