As an Employee Relations and Performance Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations and driving performance management initiatives within our organization. This full-time position is based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, and will be a key contributor to our Human Resources team.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution
• Implement and continuously improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
