Contract: PermanentSalary: Competitive salary up to 54,000 per annum, depending on experience6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACTThe role of the ER Consultant is to support managers by providing a professional advisory service to manage and resolve employee relations cases consistently and effectively, with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and our employees.
This role requires someone that is customer focused and highly organised, who has a detailed knowledge of employee relations and significant experience of employee relations case management.
