What The Role Involves
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey from pre-start through the first 90 days, partnering with HR Ops, IT and Workday to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.
- Develop persona-based onboarding approaches tailored to different employee types, including individual contributors, managers, and office-based and remote populations. ...
