Job Description

Elevate talent acquisition and employee engagement with the County of Simcoe as an Employee Experience Support Partner. Drive initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development.
This role directly supports the Employee Experience team and Manager in various key functions, including recruitment activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and inclusivity initiatives. You'll engage with client departments to fulfill information requests and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with routine and special recruitment initiatives
• Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews
• Administer the full-cycle talent acquisition process
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates
• Maintain records for new hires in SAP
