Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, team-building events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building campaigns.
• Support internal communications, including surveys, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Help gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to assess engagement and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update engagement trackers, calendars, and documentation.
• Assist in organizing company-wide events like town halls, onboarding sessions, and milestone celebrations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
