We are recruiting an Emotional Regulation Mentor to support pupils who struggle with emotional control and anxiety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional regulation support
Deliver 1:1 check-ins
Support coping strategies
Work with pastoral and SEN staff
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting emotional wellbeing is desirable
Empathetic and calm approach
Strong listening skills
