Directly responsible for planning external bulk spirit production, bottling and canning activities to be performed by Brown‑Forman’s contract packers in Mexico, representing an annual volume of 10 million 9 L cases. Order all concentrates, ingredients, bulk spirits and packing materials to be shipped to external manufacturing facilities, as well as SAP/R3 finished‑goods stock transfers and deliveries for sales, ensuring timely supply to the market.
Permanent liaison with the CRT (Tequila Regulatory Council) ensuring regulatory compliance and denomination of origin tequila (DOT).
Responsible for independent day‑to‑day interactions with Casa Herradura Distillery for tequila bulk supply and with copackers, planning the packing and raw‑material suppliers to ensure an ongoing supply of materials and finished products of appropriate quality to the U.S. and Mexico markets.
