This leadership position is dedicated to transforming the workforce management landscape at E-Comm's Vancouver and Saanich centres. You will facilitate a shift from reactive to strategic workforce solutions by partnering with Operations, HR, and Finance to address staffing challenges effectively. Enhance employee experience while optimizing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic workforce management initiatives
• Supervise capacity planning and scheduling across centres
• Offer workforce insights to inform financial strategies
• Work with HR to devise effective staffing solutions
• Streamline workforce management tools and processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least five years in workforce or operations management
