Job Description

The EMP/PCP Coordinator is an integral member and leader for front line staff, coordinating operational resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring established policies, procedures and work standards are followed as well as providing ongoing mentoring and coaching of personnel. As a member of the front‑line team, the EMT/PCP Coordinator reports to the Manager. They may also provide occasional support or input on provincial initiatives.

Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience as a practicing Primary Care Paramedic.

Licenses

• Valid Class 4 driver's license
