Job Summary

Emergency Registered Veterinary Technician – Part‑time, onsite in hospital. Responsible for delivering high‑quality emergency care and emotional support for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients, including performing diagnostics and imaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or higher in veterinary technology from an accredited program.
• Credentialed as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the applicable province.
• 1+ year of veterinary technician experience, with preference for emergency or specialty medicine.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with practice management and electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication skills, calm under pressure, and ability to work well with diverse teams.
