Role Title

EMEA HSSE Lead (Domiciled in Spain)

Role Purpose

The EMEA Account HSSE Lead will implement and manage HSSE for two medium‑sized accounts across EMEA, ensuring safe return to work for employees and subcontractors. Based in Spain and remote, the role requires presence across the region and proactive engagement with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement General HSSE standards, playbooks, HSE plans, communications, and training for the accounts.
• Provide guidance on health and safety risk management, legislative updates, and incident investigations.
• Maintain building‑related risk assessments in line with legal and client standards.
• Organize and maintain an effective HSSE communication plan for the account.
