Job Description
Responsibilities
- Do frame fitting for readymade garments such as t-shirts, polo shirts, and caps for embroidery machine.
- Set up and operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring correct thread tension and settings for optimal output.
- Review design specifications and production orders to determine the correct embroidery patterns and colors required for each project.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, making necessary adjustments to avoid production delays and material waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on embroidery machines to ensure longevity and consistent quality of work.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience operating commercial embroidery machines in a production environment.
- Familiarity with embroidery software and design programs, showcasing a blend of technical and creative skills.
