Qualifications Proficiency in operating embroidery machines, preferably Ricoma machines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret job cards, specifications, and production instructions. Knowledge of embroidery techniques, keytypes, fabrics, and garment handling. Basic machine troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and identify mechanical issues. Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet production deadlines. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Quality control and inspection skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate production records. Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
