Role Summary

Embedded Software Developer with FPGA Development Expertise

Responsibilities

• Develop a new converter variant for the ACS880 industrial drive family
• Build embedded software and FPGA components related to control algorithms and lower layers of the software stack
• Participate in a collaborative, energy‑efficient team environment focused on continuous improvement

Technical Skills

• Languages: C, C++, Python
• Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Klocwork
• Development Practices: Continuous integration, static code analysis, unit testing, automated testing with target hardware
• FPGA Design: VHDL, end‑to‑end workflow from requirements analysis to test benches, Altera and AMD development suites
• Knowledge of HIL systems is an advantage
