Job Description – Embedded Memory Design Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5+ Years Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Memory Design Engineer with strong expertise in custom memory circuit design, SRAM/Fast Cache architecture, and memory compiler development for advanced semiconductor technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on embedded memory design and integration across FinFET technology nodes (7nm/5nm preferred). The ideal candidate must be a hardcore memory circuit engineer with deep understanding of memory architecture, bit-cell design, peripheral circuits, timing optimization, and low-power memory implementation.
