Required Skills
- 7+ years’ experience in Information Security
- Strong Email Security expertise (Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office)
- Deep knowledge of Email Architecture (Exchange, O365, Hybrid)
- Experience with Email security controls: Anti spam/malware, DMARC, SPF, DLP, Encryption, URL filtering, Sandboxing
- Hands on Endpoint/AV solutions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, ePO)
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals (CIA triad, risk, vulnerability & audit)
- Experience managing incidents, escalations & BAU operations
- Ability to automate security operational tasks
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Reporting & documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, SIEM
