This is a non‑voice data‑entry and writing type customer service or back‑end support role completed through chat and email in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform non‑voice data entry, following data program techniques and procedures.
• Coordinate online with customers by collecting or providing information via web‑based chat or e‑mail.
• Maintain accurate data entry and promptly respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Team‑player ability.
