 Elevator Safety Officer (10–12 Years Experience):

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and implement HSE policies across elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects.
Ensure full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and local regulations.
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Develop and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work systems.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for employees and subcontractors.
Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices at all project sites.
