Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervises installation, maintenance, and repair teams for elevators, escalators, and related systems.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Scheduling projects, training technicians, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations and activities of elevator maintenance technicians or installation teams.
- Coordinate projects, including installations and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all work adheres to company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Train staff on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
