Job Description
Support the growth of students as an Elementary School Counsellor with School District No. 64 on Salt Spring Island, B.C. This temporary position focuses on fostering students' emotional and social development.
This 0.7500 FTE role runs from September 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027, or the necessary return of the current counsellor. Your expertise will be essential in providing social skills training, crisis intervention, and collaborative support with staff and community agencies to meet diverse student needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Enhance academic and emotional wellbeing of students

ā¢ Collaborate on Individual Education Plans

Requirements:
