Elementary High School Registered Behavior Technician - Wellborn, TX

Full-time Counselors, Social Workers, and Other Community and Social Service Specialists

Make a real difference each day supporting students in a vibrant school environment as a certified Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity is tailored for professionals experienced in behavior intervention, ideally with a strong background working in educational settings.

You’ll work primarily in two settings: 1) providing focused support in an elementary school behavior classroom, and 2) assisting with cross-campus and Life Skills programming for students with more complex behavioral needs. If you have experience with CPI or supporting students through aggressive behaviors, you’ll find your expertise valued, especially for the second role.

Workdays run from approximately 7:15am to 3:30pm, giving you structured routines with some flexibility. The position starts right away for the remainder of the school year, with a strong possibility of extension into the summer and beyond.
