Electronics Technician - 1st shift

The will work in conjunction with the maintenance, production and engineering departments. The primary job responsibility is to support production through effective and timely equipment downtime troubleshooting. Develop and implement equipment process improvements through the use of technology and automation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The will report directly to the Controls Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in the facility for which they are assigned. For emergency manufacturing and maintenance support, the automation technician may receive direction from the director of maintenance or plant manager(s).

The will implement equipment and/or process improvements through the effective use of PLC’s, servo or variable speed drives, camera technology, robotic technology and any other resource(s) available to him/her.
