Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in setting up and maintaining SMT equipment while ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards. Your role will include visual inspections and close collaboration with fellow team members to improve production efficiency. You should be able to read operational instructions and have a solid understanding of SMT component types.
