Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project planning of complete assembled products
- Be the point of contact for customers as regards to productionspecification
- Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval
- Generate BOM, procedures, traveller and quality plan for product
- Responsible for accurate technical analysis of customer specification, and drive internal discussion on specification
- Plans & coordinates activities concerned with investing and resolving customer reports of technical problems by utilizing applicable processes to eliminate future operational or service difficulties
- Liaise with operations team to address the product support issues to improve overall quality and yield for products assigned &work with QC to resolve rejects and scrap
- Conduct engineering evaluations or special build in support of cost reduction initiatives such as alternatives parts/suppliers
