A leading defense technology company specializing in high-power directed energy laser systems is seeking an Electronics & Integration Technician to join its Electrical Engineering team in Longmont, CO. This individual will play a hands-on role supporting the assembly, integration, testing, and validation of advanced electrical and electronic systems used in next-generation defense applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and troubleshooting cable and harness assemblies, supporting PCB testing and modifications, installing and routing electronics using engineering documentation, and assisting with system-level integration activities. This person will also be responsible for managing electronic components and materials, maintaining traceability throughout the integration process, and supporting laboratory operations and equipment upkeep.
