Job Description
1. As a supervisor, maintain professional and appropriate behavior when dealing with each member of the electronic production team. Treat everyone fairly, consistently, and equally.
2. Manage all hourly electronic production employees' attendance, absence documentation, and reviews.
3. Responsible for training all hourly electronic production employees.
4. Ensure production employees are assigned work and are performing the assigned work correctly and by priority.
5. Review the progress of assigned work and adjust personnel to meet required due dates.
6. Recommends and makes changes or additions to the production schedule with guidance from the department manager and purchasing department as needed or required.
7. Develop production data on build times and labor for products.
8. Assist with production issues of the electronic product line.
