Job Description
_We’re looking for an_ **_Electronic File Analyst_** _to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you will process contributions of our Canadian Retirement members._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients by ensuring accurate and timely request fulfillment and act as a key liaison for electronic client files.
+ Confidently manage member data across various administrative systems and provide expertise on systems, procedures, and file specifications.
+ Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution, collaborating with internal partners to ensure client satisfaction and positive results.
