About the role
D-Wave is seeking an Electromechanical Production Assembler to join our Engineering and Production team. In this role, you will build mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, gas handling racks, manifolds, tubing systems, and vacuum‑related hardware used in our one‑of‑a‑kind quantum computing systems.
What you'll do
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, BOMs, schematics, and P&IDs
- Assemble and install mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies, gas handling racks, manifolds, panels, brackets, tubing systems, vacuum components, and related hardware
- Cut, bend, route, and install stainless steel tubing, fittings, valves, regulators, gauges, sensors, pumps, and related instrumentation
