Responsibilities- Responsible for electroforming process improvement and optimization.
- In charge of the lab and chemical analysis.
- Carry out and coordinate Process Quality and Yield improvement activities.
- Liaise with suppliers on product specification and requirements.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are at optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot and solve quality related problems through analysis and observation using statistical tools.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Manage compliance with ISO, environmental, lab management safety & health regulation and rules at all time including with handling all chemicals and necessary precautions/preventive measures in place to reduce risk.
