Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of breakdowns and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
- Equipment Troubleshooting
- Use diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test equipment, to identify issues in machinery and systems.
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to determine the cause of malfunctions.
- Perform emergency repairs and make adjustments to equipment to restore functionality.
- System Optimization
- Monitor machinery performance and recommend adjustments to improve operational efficiency.
