Role details:
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Coburg Food Cans Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on Day shift, 7am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday with some overtime available.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
What you’ll do:
- Involvement in upgrades to electrical systems and completing overhauls of equipment as required.
- Perform routine electrical checks and attend breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and fix problems with components, PLCs, wiring and equipment throughout the plant.
- Process improvement focus, with a view to reducing breakdowns and increasing reliability.
