Job Description
As an Electrical Training Superintendent at BSM, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of electrical training programmes that support safe, compliant and efficient ship operations. You will act as the primary shore-based electrical training expert, collaborating with Technical Superintendents, crewing, operational teams and external providers to ensure seafarers receive up-to-date, role‑specific electrical instruction and assessment that meets statutory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient facilitation and running of relevant courses.
Ensure close coordination of activities with the MTC Manager as well as communication with SMC, CSC and other BSM departments as authorized, regarding training needs.
