We are electrical system integrator for industrial and marine automation. We are seeking a motivated Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer to prepare ITP and prepare for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
• Assist Engineer to conduct system testing to ensure compliance with specification and quality.
• Prepare test report and as-built drawings.
• Handle assigned customer inquiries and after-sales support.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns, questions, and objections promptly and professionally.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with Engineer & team to ensure that project is delivered on time, ...
